Keeler Corner

A new landmark residential development in Brent, North West London, containing office space at ground floor and both private and affordable housing above.

Beautiful and Robust

Beautiful and Robust

The building uses red brick, which is inspired by the church opposite and the facade has a depth and character to it punctuated by generous balconies that overlook the adjacent Barham Park. The subtlely pigmented reconstituted stone base, top and lintels run around the building and give the building character and gravitas.

A Sustainable Development

A Sustainable Development

The building has designed to be highly sustainable with solar panels on the roof, green roofs, heat recovery units within each flat and combined heat and power. Double aspect apartments flood the spaces with natural daylight.

Understated Elegance

Understated Elegance

We have proposed a strong facade that is well-proportioned and uses high quality materials. There is an inherent richness to it with the various reveals and subtle combination of stone and brickwork.
