Planning granted for refurbishment and extension in Pimlico
Milligan Knight Architects have gained planning approval from Westminster for the amalgamation of a basement flat with its original host townhouse. The house is not listed but sits within a conservation area and therefore the works needed to be designed sensitively. The works include internal reconfiguration and refurbishment of the dilapidated flat, along with a replacement annex. The designs help reconnect with the courtyard garden and provide more natural light to the basement accommodation. We have been appointed for Stage 4 technical designs and hope to be on site this summer.
